  3. Desire: Now your potential customer knows if they need your product or service. If it is a ‘YES’ they will move to the action stage.

    Segmentation: Filter the customer based on their willingness to purchase your product or service.

    Ex: Will buy within 1 month,3 months, 6 months, etc.

  4. Action: The Final step of the funnel is the Action where they know they will need your product or service and now is the time to Buy it.
